A dissapointing start to the league campaign seeing hrondon beaten comfortably by Hutton. Batting 1st only Danny Joyce made any real headway with the bat scoing 42 in a total of 107 all out. Hutton looked like they were going to win the game easily but for some good bowling from Max Orborne 3 for 17 off 9.1 and Steve Mendes 2 for 54 off 15 made it hard work for the home side. Hutton eventually won by 4 wickets
