Ryan has played cricket for Horndon for a few seasons now and is looking forward to cementing his place in the 2' down. Now 15 and with an appetite to match he will skipper the under 16 matchplay side. Whilst Ryan is developing into an excellent cricketer he still fully understands that he will never remove himself from the shadow and burden of being his fathers son(Jason Plom) thus never being as good a batsman as him.
