Another win for the Sunday side but once again they struggled to take enough wickets,which could be their undoing come the end of the season. Liam,Walshy & Max did the damage with the bat to reach a good score of 128 which Walton Hall didn't look like getting,apart from the first couple of overs of their innings when the openers had a bit of a biff.
Barney and Max were the pick of the Horndon bowlers and Danny supplied some entertaining pies towards the end to try and get the last couple of wickets,but he only succeeded in giving Walton Hall a few more batting points.
So two out of two for the lads,but a big game next week when they take on a strong Orsett side ...
